두 번째 미니 앨범 [CLOSER]를 통해 마치 한편의 판타지 영화를 보는 듯 몽환적이고 신비스러운 모습으로 미국 빌보드 등 해외 매체에서 글로벌 음악팬들에게 차세대 걸그룹으로 눈 도장을 찍은데 이어, 이번에는 사랑에 빠진 소녀의 엉뚱한 착각과 상상을 한편의 동화책을 보듯 오마이걸만의 독보적인 콘셉트와 퍼포먼스로 새로운 변신을 예고하여 글로벌 음악 팬들의 관심이 집중되고 있다.

이번 앨범에는 타이틀곡 "LIAR LIAR”를 포함해 오마이걸의 매력을 느낄 수 있는 총 5곡이 수록되어 있다. 소녀시대 Lion Heart를 작곡한 션알렉산더(Sean Alexander), 데렌스미쓰(Darren Smith), 스웨덴 기타의 신 안드레아스오버그(Andreas Oberg), 영국 데이빗안토니(David Anthony)등 북미 유럽의 작가들과 B1A4진영, 작사가 서지음 등 국내외 히트메이커들이 참여하여 오마이걸만의 차별화된 음악으로 완성도 있는 앨범이 탄생되었다.
